GREENE-GRETZINGER LAW OFFICE, LLC
Areas of Practice

Sharon Greene-Gretzinger, attorney at law and doing business as Greene-Gretzinger Law Office, LLC, has sixteen years of experience in Federal Indian Law and Tribal Law.  Sharon provides both consulting and legal services to tribal governments on matters related to Federal Indian Law, Tribal Law or other issues as presented.  She is currently practicing tribal law in both the Stockbridge-Munsee and the Menominee Tribal Courts.

While Sharon has spent the last sixteen years practicing primarily under the heading of Federal Indian Law and Tribal Law, the day-to-day reality of that practice was comprised of general legal practice.  At Judicare, the work included family law matters,  divorce and custody, benefits law as in social security and disability, and land lord tenant matters on behalf of the tenants.  At Stockbridge, though Sharon was quickly and well educated in the practice of Federal Indian Law and Tribal Law, for the most part, on a day-to-day basis, her experience included:  employment law; real estate and zoning; contracts review, drafting, negotiating, implementing and enforcing; construction law; tax, both state and federal; collections; benefits law as in employee benefits; land lord tenant law on behalf of the land lord.  During her last six years with the Tribe, Sharon practiced regularly in the Stockbridge-Munsee Tribal Court, representing the Tribe in collections, landlord tenant, foreclosures and membership cases, as well as prosecutions for violations of tribal ordinances.  She is also an experienced mediator and negotiator, skills honed while working as Tribal Attorney.  See
resume and  testimonials for more details regarding experience at Stockbridge and Indian Law experience generally.

Although Greene-Gretzinger Law Office, LLC just opened its doors in the fall of 2007, it has handled numerous estate planning cases, including probate; business entity representation, including business formation; family law cases, including divorce and custody; real estate transactions, land lord tenant issues and contract disputes.
